With over 18 years of industry experience across Oil & Gas, Power, Renewables, Manufacturing, and EPC sectors, Mr. Kumar shared valuable perspectives on workplace safety, leadership, sustainability, continuous learning, and professional excellence. Having trained and mentored 90,000+ professionals, his interaction offered students practical insights into building successful careers and embracing lifelong learning.
